I was thoroughly impressed throughout the entire planning process. When my mother and I met with you for a food tasting, we knew that Lori had sent us to the right place. By the end of our delicious dinner, I knew there was no way I could have gone with another caterer. The quality of food and personalized service couldn't be matched. When creating the menu for our wedding, you went out of your way to ensure that our New England tastes fused perfectly with the taste of Hawaii. Your suggestions were perfect. Going out of your way to meet with us a few days before the wedding showed you cared about making us happy. We knew we were in great hands and had nothing to worry about. On the day of the wedding, you and your staff executed perfectly the plans we had discussed. The tables were beautiful, the food and presentation was fantastic. Your staff did a wonderful job of taking care of our every need. Our guests are still raving that the food at our wedding was the best meal they had the entire time on Maui and is by far the best food they have had at a wedding. | Joyce Tan & Edward Kim Wedding: February 18, 2007 "Ralph at Catering From Soup to Nuts (phone:808.357.9444) earns five stars. Ralph literally catered to my every whim! I couldn't decide between a served plated dinner and a buffet so Ralph came up with the perfect balance, with a plated salad and main course, and appetizers on a live grill. Our first choice baker doesn't do Sundays so I asked Ralph to take care of the cake, not knowing what to expect and Ralph totally delivered the best wedding cake I've ever tasted. It's probably one of the best cakes I've tasted period-a dense moist yellow cake with a rich buttercream frosting and piquant passionfruit filling. I highly recommend Ralph." |
