When creating the menu for our wedding, you went out of your way to ensure that our New England tastes fused perfectly with the taste of Hawaii. Your suggestions were perfect. Joyce Tan & Edward Kim Wedding: February 18, 2007 "Ralph at Catering From Soup to Nuts (phone:808.357.9444) earns five stars. Ralph literally catered to my every whim! I couldn't decide between a served plated dinner and a buffet so Ralph came up with the perfect balance, with a plated salad and main course, and appetizers on a live grill. Our first choice baker doesn't do Sundays so I asked Ralph to take care of the cake, not knowing what to expect and Ralph totally delivered the best wedding cake I've ever tasted. It's probably one of the best cakes I've tasted period-a dense moist yellow cake with a rich buttercream frosting and piquant passionfruit filling. I highly recommend Ralph."
